This training is designed to help participants to be more successful when selling in a physical channel. The training aims at structuring further your sales force, increasing their self-confidence and teaching them about various useful techniques that can be employed in each aspect of the sales process. The entire training will be highly interactive and all topics will be supported by exercises, team work and role-plays.

- Selling in a physical channel, “The 5-Steps”:
- 1. Pre-preparation;
- 2. Welcoming;
- 3. Discovering needs;
- 4. Proposal;
- 5. Closing.
- How to deal with complaints?
- Test (Optional).
- Conclusions & Closure.
- This training program is suitable and very useful for all front line staff.
